A medical group people in Glendale, Burbank, and nearby cities may encounter. Ask which hospital the group uses for the exact plan. A group name is not a carrier name.
Providence Saint Joseph (Burbank), Providence Saint John’s (Santa Monica), and Facey relationships in Santa Clarita are related geography. A Providence PCP does not automatically mean every Providence specialist participates in the same plan.
