What to review this AEP

AEP is October 15 – December 7. Read your Annual Notice of Change. Plans can change premiums, networks, formularies, and extra benefits. A checkup is a structured way to decide whether a full review is warranted — not a reason to switch automatically.

California context

Plan availability, D-SNP options, and Medi-Cal coordination are county-specific. Statewide headlines are not a substitute for a ZIP-level review.
