Original Medicare
You can generally see any doctor or hospital in the U.S. that accepts Medicare. Some take assignment (they accept the Medicare-approved amount). Some do not. A small number opt out of Medicare entirely. Call the office and ask whether they accept Medicare and assignment.
Medicare Advantage networks
HMO and PPO networks are plan- and ZIP-specific. A doctor in-network this year may not be next year. Referrals may be required. Confirm with the plan and the office. We do not publish a doctor list or rank plans.
Medigap does not create a network
A Supplement works with Original Medicare. It does not replace the need for the doctor to accept Medicare. Premiums and letters are separate from whether the office will see you.

- Can Medisure guarantee my doctor is in-network?
- No. Networks change. Ask the doctor’s office and confirm on Medicare.gov or with the plan. This site does not enroll you.
