Covered Part D drug costs are capped at $2,100.00 in 2026. What you pay at the pharmacy depends on the drug, the tier, and the pharmacy. A higher-income Part D charge is separate from these premiums.

Premiums and deductibles are from the CMS 2026 landscape for stand-alone Part D plans in California. The full Extra Help premium is the landscape amount for a full subsidy. Partial Extra Help can differ. This is not a drug lookup and not an enrollment. Confirm the plan and your drugs on Medicare.gov.
